Power & Grid · Case study
Treating SF6 cylinders across a national grid's substations.
A national power-grid operator · North Luzon
Grid maintenance leaves behind empty SF6 and inert-gas cylinders — a specialized waste stream with zero tolerance for shortcuts. JMR won the contract to treat them and recover value across North Luzon substations.

The challenge
A grid operator needed treatment of empty SF6 and inert-gas cylinders, plus sale of recovered materials, across substations spread throughout North Luzon — each with its own ECC/CNC and hazardous-waste generator-ID requirements.
Compliance had to be airtight, site by site, before anything could move.
What JMR did.
Won the purchase order for treatment of empty SF6 & inert-gas cylinders and sale of recovered materials.
Gathered per-substation ECC numbers and online hazardous-waste generator IDs to keep every movement compliant.
Accredited and onboarded as a grid vendor for ongoing tenders.
The outcome.
An awarded purchase order in execution, with JMR enrolled as an accredited grid vendor.
A specialized, compliance-heavy waste stream handled cleanly — the kind most haulers can't touch.
