JMR exists because waste has to be handled right. Treat it properly and communities, water, and air stay protected. Cut corners and someone downstream pays. We chose the side that doesn't cut corners.
Our Position
Responsibility is our core business, not a side project.
Most companies bolt social responsibility onto the side of what they do. For a DENR-accredited waste manager, that framing doesn't work — the responsibility isthe service. Hazardous and special waste that isn't treated properly doesn't disappear. It seeps into groundwater, drifts into the air, and lands on the communities least able to absorb it.
When JMR treats waste at our accredited TSD facility in Concepcion, Tarlac, recovers resources for reuse, and documents every step, we're preventing the pollution that would otherwise hit real people. That outcome is the whole point of the company — the same outcome a CSR program would claim to chase. We've been doing it since 2001.

We treat hazardous and special waste to a verifiable standard instead of pushing it to landfill. Recovery and recycling come first, so material re-enters the economy rather than the environment.
Community Engagement
Our facilities and hauling routes employ local workers and create livelihood near the communities we serve. We partner with LGUs and host communities so operations are a shared benefit, not an imposed one.
Health, Safety & Welfare
Worker safety is non-negotiable. Air pollution control devices run per the Clean Air Act (RA 8749), PPE and handling protocols are enforced, and our people are trained for the materials they manage.
Ethics & Compliance
We hold DENR accreditation, ISO certification, and SEC registration, and we keep them current. Every transaction is documented and traceable — transparency is how we earn the trust to handle what others can't.
